Terms

The plain-English version of what you're agreeing to when you use Is It Over. Last updated 15 September 2026.

1. The service

Is It Over turns a chat export you upload into a written report about the texting patterns in it. It is operated by Kushal Mittal, India ("we"). By uploading a chat you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. You must be 18 or older, and you must have the right to upload the conversation.

2. It's written by an AI

The numbers in a report are computed from the timestamps and words in your export. The prose is written by an AI model from those numbers and a small set of excerpts. Reports are for entertainment and reflection. They are not relationship, medical, legal or psychological advice, and the AI can misread context, miss things, or overstate. Decisions about your relationships are yours.

3. Orders and delivery

The first section of a report is free. The full report is a one-time purchase, priced in your local currency at checkout. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments Inc. as merchant of record; they issue the receipt and handle taxes. The report unlocks as soon as the payment is confirmed and is available at its private link for as long as you keep it. There is no subscription.

4. Refunds

Because the preview is free, the small mistakes an AI makes in the writing are not eligible for a refund. A report that is broken, unusable or clearly about the wrong chat is: email kushal2001apple@gmail.com with the report link within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it.

5. Your reports and links

There are no accounts. Reports belong to the browser that created them and to whoever holds the link. Keep links private. You can delete a report at any time from the Delete my report page. Uploaded chats are deleted as described in the privacy policy.

6. Fair use

Don't upload chats you have no right to, use reports to harass, threaten or expose anyone, try to identify or contact the other person through us, or attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. The other person in your chat did not consent to being analysed; treat the report accordingly. We may refuse or remove reports that break these rules.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from your use of it is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with mandatory consumer protections of your own country preserved. Questions or complaints: kushal2001apple@gmail.com. We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when.
