What does it actually do?
You export a WhatsApp chat between you and one person and upload it. We time every reply, count who starts conversations and who double-texts, measure how dry the messages got, and find the week the pattern changed. Then we write it up as a long, honest report, with the actual messages as receipts.
Is the first look really free?
Yes. The first section and the shape of the report are free, no card and no sign-up. The full report, with the exact week it changed, every chart, the mirror on your own numbers, and what to do, is a one-time payment. No subscription, ever.
How do I export the chat?
In WhatsApp open the chat, tap their name, scroll down to Export chat, choose Without media, then Save to Files. Come back and pick that file. The upload page walks you through it with pictures.
How long does it take?
About two minutes from upload to the free preview. Stay on the page and it opens by itself, or leave an email and we send the link when it's ready.
Does it work with other messaging apps?
Not right now. It works with WhatsApp chats between you and one person. If your chat with them lives somewhere else, there is nothing to upload yet.
What happens to my chat?
It is used to compute the report and then deleted. We never train anything on it and nobody at Is It Over reads it. The report keeps only the handful of messages it quotes. See the privacy page for the exact promise.
Who can see my report?
Only someone with the link. Report links are long random ids, we don't index them, and you can delete a report at any time from the Delete my report page.
The verdict said Fine but I still feel like something is off.
Then something might be off in a way texting can't show. The report only sees timing and words. It can't see tone in person, plans that happen off the chat, or what's going on in their life. Read the mirror section and the three moves, then check again in two weeks.
Can I run it again later?
Yes. Re-upload the same chat from your conversation page and you get a fresh report compared with the last one, at a lower price.
What languages does it write in?
English, Hinglish, Hindi, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Arabic, Indonesian, Turkish and Dutch. The quoted messages stay exactly as they were sent.
Do I need an account?
No. Reports live on the phone you made them on and at their private link. If you give us an email we send you the link, that's all it's used for.
Can I get a refund?
If the report is broken or clearly wrong for your chat, email kushal2001apple@gmail.com within 7 days with the report link and we'll refund it.
