I can't find my report
Reports live on the phone you made them on, under My conversations. If you gave us an email, the link is in your inbox from hello@isitover.app (reply to it and it reaches us). Otherwise write to us with the two names in the chat and the day you uploaded.
My data and privacy
Your chat is deleted the moment the report is written. Only people with the link can open a report. Everything we keep and for how long is on the privacy page.
Delete a report
Paste the report link on the delete page and it's gone immediately, quotes and numbers included.
I paid but the report is still locked
Open the link from the payment confirmation email, or reload the report page: it checks the payment again. If it's still locked after ten minutes, email us the report link and the Dodo receipt and we'll unlock it by hand.
Something in the report is wrong
The numbers are computed from your export and the words are written by an AI. Small slips in the writing aren't refundable. A report that's broken, empty or clearly about the wrong people is: send the link within 7 days.
Anything else
Ideas, a language you want, a chat app we should support, or just to tell us what the verdict was. We read everything.
Refunds
The first look is free so you can see what you're buying. After payment, the small mistakes an AI makes in the writing aren't eligible for a refund. A report that's broken, unusable or about the wrong chat is. Email the report link within 7 days and we'll refund it through Dodo Payments, usually within a few days.
