What you upload

A WhatsApp export is text with timestamps. It is stored only for as long as it takes to compute and write your report, usually under two minutes, and is then deleted from our systems. We do not keep a copy. We do not use it to train any model. Nobody at Is It Over reads it.

What the report keeps

The report keeps the statistics we computed, the text we wrote, and the specific messages it quotes as receipts, typically ten to twenty short messages. That is what you see on the report page. Nothing else from the chat survives.

Who can see a report

Anyone who has the link. Links are long random ids, are not listed anywhere, and are excluded from search engines. If you give us an email, we send the link there and nowhere else. Treat the link like the report itself: forward it only to people you trust.

The other person

The other person in the chat did not consent to being analysed. The report says so, and we ask you to keep the receipts between you and the people you trust. We never contact them and we never see their identity beyond the name in your export.

What we store about you

An anonymous cookie that ties reports to your browser, the email address you give us if you give one, and payment records handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We do not store card details.

Services that help us

• Vercel hosts the site and runs the code.
• Cloudflare stores reports and, briefly, uploaded chats.
• Google Gemini writes the report text. It receives the computed statistics and the excerpts needed to write, under Google's API terms, which do not allow training on that data.
• Dodo Payments processes payments as merchant of record and receives your email and billing details for that purpose.
• Resend delivers our emails.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded chats: deleted automatically when the report is written, normally within two minutes. If a report fails, the chat is deleted within 24 hours.
• Reports: until you delete them.
• Email address: until you ask us to remove it.
• Technical logs: up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can delete any report yourself at any time, and you can ask us to delete your email address, correct anything we hold, or send you a copy of it. Email kushal2001apple@gmail.com from the address concerned. We do not sell your data and we never use your conversations or reports to train AI models.

Deleting

You can delete any report yourself from the Delete my report page using its link. Deletion removes the report, its quotes and its statistics immediately. To delete your email address as well, email kushal2001apple@gmail.com from that address.
